Key Account Manager 5 Working Days, Monday - Friday 9am to 5.30pm Working location: Office at Eunos + customer site Salary: Basic $5000 - $6000 + AWS + Incentive (depends on performance) + phone headset If have own vehicle (for customer visit), will be given transport allowance; if don’t have own vehicle will be given cab card The company specialize in distributing Maintenance, Repair, and Operations (MRO) products, safety equipment (PPE), and cleanroom consumables. Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management or related discipline Prefers oil and gas industry background. Proven track record of key account management, providing outstanding supply chain consultation and customer service to customers Understanding of financial concepts such as EBIT and working capital Must be at customer site (mostly at west area) often daily or 3-4 days per week. WA ME 97354019 for more Key Account Manager role Job scopes Providing customers with solutions tailored to their requirements using your experience and technical knowledge to respond to enquiries and request for quotations. Be the key figure for driving revenue and margin growth within your customer accounts, which means meeting and exceeding all business measures such as EBIT and working capital. Develop and deliver Key Account Management Plans to improve short-term and long term EBIT and working capital. Own, monitor and drive customer’s service agreements to meet and exceed contractual performance KPIs such as cost savings obligations. Be accountable for the smooth daily operations and updated selling prices associated with your customers. Be the ‘change agent’ who drives margin improvement projects and commercial outcomes for your customer accounts. Monitor programs, analyse data and trends, hold regular service performance and business reviews, and initiate improvements for the customer accounts. Identify and secure new opportunities within your customer accounts. Partner with the internal teams to ensure world class customer service is achieved and your team always represents the company brand to the highest level.
