Reconciliation, checking, declaring, settlement and clearance Create AR statement of account Reconcile AR & AP aging and follow-up Retrieval of invoices from system / overseas country MUFG netting declaration SAP clearance & off-set Audit report working and analysis TT remittance group netting / overseas agents, etc. Settlement through banking system input netting template for AR & AP. Follow-up inquiry and disputes. Proper documentation and e-filing of supporting documents. Distribution of output to respective division. Prepare the prepaid company break bulk charges billing report. Perform ad-hoc assignments as requested by the Manager / HOD. Requirements: Diploma in Accountancy / Business Finance Min Three (3) years of hands-on experience in accounting on inter-company global netting and keeping full set of accounts Experience in both shared service and freight forwarding & logistics Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Word and SAP accounting system The Supreme HR Advisory Pte.
