Centre Leader / Preschool Principal Location: Newton / Choa Chu Kang / Pasir Panjang / Bukit Timah Working Days: Mon-Fri Working hours : 44 hours per week KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: Develop strategic plans and structures to foster a culture of care, trust, mentoring, and continuous learning. Oversee and enhance preschool operations while ensuring compliance with industry regulations. Drive operational and programme improvements through strong processes in governance, partnerships, curriculum, and pedagogy. Build and sustain collaborative partnerships with stakeholders. Exhibit leadership to positively influence the preschool community. Model and uphold the preschool's mission, vision, and values. Ensure the well-being and professional development of all staff within the preschool.
