About this role
Working hours: Mon- Friday 8:30am - 5:30pm; Saturday 8:30am - 12:30pm Location: Farrer Park / Novena / Napier / Orchard (Rotating based on roster) Salary range: $2500 - $2800 Responsibilities: Perform clinical frontline duties: registration, appointment bookings, phone calls, etc. using clinic system. Provide Pre-operation advise for patients. Follow up with doctors or clinic staff on completing the information required. Assist doctor with chaperone and other medical procedure Assist in training and guiding new and junior staff. Perform daily counter closing and alert superiors on discrepancies if any. Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned Requirements: Min 1-2 years of experience in healthcare industry, in a specialist clinic setting is a plus.
