5 Days Mon-Fri Salary: $2,800 - $3,800 Working Location: Bedok Responsibilities Store & Operations Management: Oversee daily store operations, maintain cleanliness, schedules, performance standards, and ensure layouts comply with company and safety guidelines. Inventory & Procurement: Manage inventory records, audits, stock levels, purchase orders, and delivery orders while coordinating with suppliers for replenishments. Logistics & Shipments: Track and inspect shipments and deliveries, coordinate with logistics partners, resolve discrepancies, and ensure timely, accurate order fulfilment. Project & Technical Support: Support project inventory needs, assist engineers with maintenance or technical tasks, and coordinate materials or parts sourcing when required. Tenancy & Site Management: Ensure compliance with tenancy agreements, update lease records, coordinate site access, and liaise with property management or building owners. Equipment & Warranty Handling: Manage faulty equipment returns (RMA), warranty claims, and ensure timely repair or replacement to minimize downtime. Requirements: Diploma in logistics, operations, or a related field Minimum 2 years in inventory and warehouse management, logistics, tenancy agreement management, operation or a similar role.
