Role: Project Management Executive cum QS Salary Range: Basic $2500 - $4000 + Performance Bonus Working day& time: 5.5 days Monday – Friday (8am – 5pm) ; Saturday (8am – 12pm) Working location: Kaki Bukit Job Requirement: Preferably experience in main contractor HDB project and Tender team. Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in Quantity Survey or equivalent. Minimum 2 years of relevant working experience. Electrical & mechanical knowledge Job Description: Prepare, maintain, and manage tender documents. Manage and monitor all financial aspects of assigned projects, ensuring they remain within budget. Identify, monitor, and mitigate project risks related to cost, schedule, safety, and contractual matters to ensure smooth project execution. Source, liaise, compile, and evaluate quotations from subcontractors based on requirements, specifications, and schedules. Review and negotiate with contractors for cost-saving strategies, from rough estimates to final price approvals. Prepare detailed schedules for the site team to ensure timely completion of scheduled work. Oversee project administration and documentation.
