Office at: CHANGI BUSINESS PARK {Expo MRT} Work at project sites (Toa Payoh) Mon to Fri, from 8.30am to 5.15pm Salary is up to $8,000 Job Responsibilities: Assist the Project Manager in the overall planning, scheduling, operation and execution of the project lifecycle from inception to completion. Monitor project progress against established timelines, budgets, and performance targets. Develop and maintain construction programmes, resource plans, and work schedules. Coordinate effectively with clients, consultants, contractors, subcontractors, and authorities. Review design drawings, specifications, and technical submissions for compliance and constructability. Work closely with design consultants to resolve design issues and optimize buildability. Coordinate and support project teams, including site engineers and coordinators. Job requirements: Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture, or related discipline. Minimum 7 years of relevant experience in construction/project management.
