Maintain and manage the alumni database/CRM to support outreach, engagement, and reporting activities. Develop alumni networks and plan, coordinate and execute local and overseas alumni engagement activities. Support digital alumni engagement through social media, corporate website updates, and alumni success story features. Monitor engagement outcomes, prepare reports, and benchmark alumni engagement practices to support continuous improvement. Enhance alumni programmes through feedback, surveys, focus groups and new engagement initiatives. Connect alumni and their organisations with the Career Services Team to create opportunities for students and graduates. Manage budgets and resources for alumni activities and events. Collaborate with internal stakeholders to promote professional development, career progression, and lifelong learning opportunities for alumni. Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned. Requirements 3 to 5 years of experience in community engagement, events, alumni relations or related roles. Digitally savvy, with experience in social media and CRM or database management.
