Human Resource Executive (Public Listed Company | Payroll Executive)

Position title : Human Resource Executive (Payroll experience) Location: Defu Lane Working Days: Monday - Friday Working hours : 8:30am -5:30pm Salary : $2,800 – $3,400 Responsibilities Handles recruitment matters such as job posting, conducting interview, preparation of employment contract and onboarding Maintain & update employee personal files Manages foreign workers matters such as work pass matters: applications, renewals, cancellation and etc. and accommodation matters. Handle staff training schedule and liaise with trainers regarding availability to conduct classes. Coordinate and communicate with other departments to meet staff training needs Handle submission for government training grants and staff absentee payroll claims Responsible for staff welfare activities coordination and request for event quotation Support on implementation of HR initiatives and activities Any other ad-hoc work as assigned by the management Requirements Diploma in any disciplines with at least 3 years of working experience in HR Good knowledge on Singapore employment law and HR practices Proficient in Microsoft Office applications Interested applicants can also send your resume to WA:+65 8839 3566 (Ms Angel) and allow our Consultant to match you with our Clients.
