Role: Vice Principal Monday - Friday 7am - 7pm Rotating shift Salary: Basic $ 4,000 - $ 5,000 + Performance Bonus + Annual Increment Work location: Paya Lebar About the Role We are looking for an experienced Early Childhood educator to join our management team as Vice-Principal. This is a unique dual-role position that combines classroom teaching with hands-on leadership experience. This role is ideal for a Senior Teacher with leadership qualifications who is ready to step into management — with mentoring provided to support your transition. Requirements Leadership Certification (ECDA-recognised) preferred, or currently undergoing leadership training Solid classroom teaching experience, preferably with upper-level preschoolers Experience teaching English Language and literacy to children Responsibilities Teaching Duties Teach English Language to an upper-level preschool class Deliver curriculum aligned with ECDA frameworks Plan and conduct engaging lessons that promote language and literacy development Oversee classroom learning and child development Administrative & Leadership Duties Prepare and manage staff rosters Handle petty cash and groceries ordering Assist with parent billing and fee collection Conduct school tours in the Senior Principal's absence Greet parents, address feedback and resolve daily issues Manage ECDA paperwork and regulatory compliance Lead curriculum development and improvements Conduct teacher training and mentoring sessions ✅ Wee Yuan Huan ✅ Reg No: R21100383 ✅ The Supreme HR Advisory Pte Ltd ✅ EA No: 14C7279
