Ensure that programmes meet the required standards and achieve the desired outcomes of client engagement Implement new programmes and/or services for service users based on needs. Conduct programme evaluation to gather feedback for all regular programmes Identify areas of improvement and initiate enhancements/improvements. Coordinate and manage stakeholders communications for programmes and services. Guide volunteers in executing programme activities. Manage programme budgets and resources.
