Recruitment Consultant Location: 3 Shenton Way, #07-08, Singapore 068805 Working Hours Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM Upon successful completion of probation and achievement of daily KPI, working hours will be adjusted to 10:00 AM – 5:00 PM Remuneration Competitive basic salary Attractive commission and performance-based incentives Key Responsibilities Source, screen, and match candidates to temporary, contract, and permanent positions Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates Generate new business opportunities through networking and client engagement Advertise job vacancies across appropriate recruitment channels Conduct candidate interviews, assessments, and shortlisting Provide candidates with accurate information regarding job responsibilities, remuneration, and benefits Prepare and submit candidate profiles and resumes to clients Coordinate and arrange interviews between clients and candidates Follow up on interview outcomes and hiring progress with clients and candidates Negotiate employment terms, salary packages, and placement arrangements Advise clients and candidates on market trends, compensation, and career development Perform recruitment-related administrative and ad hoc duties as assigned Requirements CEI certification is an advantage Strong interest in recruitment, sales, and business development Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, target-driven environment Self-motivated, proactive, and results-oriented Committed to achieving performance targets and continuous professional growth Career Development Successful candidates will benefit from a structured career progression pathway in a merit-based environment.
