Position: Quantity Surveyor cum Drafter Salary: $2,800 - $4,000 Working Hours: Mon – Fri (9am – 6pm), Sat (9am – 1pm) Office Location: Mandai Estate Job Responsibilities Prepare project tender submission including bills of quantities, check tender drawing, and material specifications & other documents. Prepare and submit monthly progress claims, VO, and finalization of accounts Manage Subcontract issues from time to time Attend site meetings for site progress coordination, problem-solving, and decision-making leading to successful project completion.
