Purchasing Assistant Salary: $2,500 - $2,800 Working Hour: Mon - Fri | 8am to 5.45pm Working Location: Woodlands Job Responsibilities： Responsible for purchasing function. Check purchasing document to ensure correctness and adequacy. Prepare, issuance and monitoring requisitions ＆ purchase order, ensure that purchase order balance are accurate and parts were provided on time. Follow up purchases to ensure timely delivery, collect and check delivery performance of automotive vendors. Maintain and update approved vendor list. Recommend quality improvement measures to immediate superior Prepare material plan. Work closely with other departments to ensure quality parts were delivered and continuous flow of material as per production requirement. Visit supplier as needed to verify and check any problem / issues encountered related to delivery. Coordinate and act as mediator between supplier and planner concerning Forecast and Delivery plan as per Customer required quantity an schedule. Monitor material inventory and ensure safe stock of materials as per provided customer forecast and production schedule. Job Requirements: Diploma / ITC level Possessed with 1 to 2 years of relevant experience preferably in relevant industry, ie Plastic moulding.
