6723 - Field Service Technician [Training Provided | Cad / Cam Software]

Working Days: 5 days | Monday – Friday Working Hours: 9am – 6pm Salary: $2,000 - $2,600 Location: Ubi (Office) / Islandwide Responsibilities: Troubleshoot, service, and repair CNC and laser engraving/cutting machines supplied by the company. Perform machine demonstrations, material testing, sample production, and engraving/cutting applications for customers. Install and commission new equipment according to specifications to ensure proper functionality and performance. Provide customer training on machine hardware, software operations, and basic maintenance procedures. Support customers with after-sales service inquiries, spare parts requirements, and maintenance-related assistance. Promote and process spare parts sales as well as annual preventive maintenance service contracts. Prepare and submit detailed service reports upon completion of service activities. Coordinate with the Sales Department regarding customer service requirements and technical support matters. Travel overseas when required to carry out installation, servicing, training, and technical support duties. Carry out any other ad hoc duties assigned by the company or immediate superior. Requirements ITE, Nitec, Higher Nitec, or Diploma qualification in Engineering or a related field. Possessing basic knowledge of CAD/CAM software will be an advantage. Possess basic understanding of electrical, electronic, or mechanical systems. Training will be provided for machine software, operation, and maintenance. Willingness and ability to travel overseas when required.
