Job Description We are seeking an experienced F&B Brand Development Manager to lead the development and launch of new food & beverage brands in Singapore. The successful candidate will be responsible for market research, brand positioning, business development, partner coordination, and supporting strategic growth initiatives. Key Responsibilities * Lead the end-to-end development and incubation of new F&B brands in Singapore, including market research, brand positioning, product planning, business model validation, and operational SOP development. * Conduct market and competitor analysis to identify business opportunities and support brand expansion strategies. * Develop and execute brand launch plans to ensure successful market entry and business growth. * Act as the primary liaison between the Singapore office, China headquarters, and external business partners to ensure smooth communication and project execution. * Coordinate commercial discussions and maintain strong relationships with strategic partners. * Support the General Manager in business planning, project coordination, meeting arrangements, documentation, and follow-up on key initiatives. * Work closely with internal teams to ensure projects are delivered on schedule and meet business objectives. * Prepare business reports, presentations, and market analysis for management review. * Monitor project progress, identify potential risks, and recommend solutions to ensure successful implementation. * Ensure compliance with company policies and maintain confidentiality of sensitive business information. Requirements * Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Food Science, International Business, or a related discipline. * At least 5 years of relevant experience in the F&B, retail, or FMCG industry, including experience in brand development, business expansion, or new business incubation. * Strong project management, business development, and stakeholder management skills. * Strong analytical thinking with the ability to identify market opportunities and develop business strategies. * Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple projects simultaneously. * Experience in the Singapore F&B market will be an advantage. * Proficient in both English and Mandarin (spoken and written) to communicate with the China headquarters, Mandarin-speaking business partners, and review business documents. 🪻 Leong Jia Qi Reg No. : R24124746 🪻 The Supreme HR Advisory Pte Ltd EA No. : 14C7279
