Manage claims, variations, and dispute resolution processes. Involve in Tendering & Business Development by directing the preparation, review, and submission of tenders for new projects. Analyze tender documents, specifications, and drawings to identify risks and opportunities. Collaborate with project managers, estimators, and technical teams to develop competitive bids. Support strategic business growth by securing profitable projects. Involve in Overall Commercial Oversight to monitor project budgets, cash flow, and financial performance related to contracts.
