Working Location: Woodlands North Coast Working Days: Monday – Friday Working Hours: 9:00am -6:00pm Starting Salary: $3,500 to $6,500 Roles & Responsibilities Designing, manufacturing, and installing components that fulfil requirements Perform a full lifecycle product development (design, develop, test prototypes, manufacture and implement) Analysing problems or deficiencies and developing solutions to resolve them Conducting experiments and evaluations to improve and innovate product designs Creating plans and designs using CAD technology Evaluates final product’s overall performance, reliability and safety Estimating budgets and time scopes for each project Writing technical documentation for machine operators Ensuring that products meet compliance regulations Collaborating with project managers and other engineers in our team Liaison with vendors on finalization of modules Responsible for mechanical documentation Job Requirement Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Mechanical/Mechatronics) with at least 2 years of mechanical engineering experience, preferably in the semiconductor industry or with strong equipment-related exposure Hands-on experience in CAD, CAM, and Matlab/LabView programs for simulation and data analysis Experience in troubleshooting PC-based fully automated equipment in semiconductor or similar industries Knowledge in die bonder application and process will be an advantage.
