Finance Executive / Officer Monday to Friday 9am to 6pm Mode: Full time - Perm Salary: $3200 - $3500 Trade / Food Manufacturing Accounting software : Microsoft Dynamic (good to have exp) Job Requirement With Full Set accounting experience Job Responsibilities Handle full set of accounts and monthly closing for three Singapore entities, including one dormant company. Prepare and submit GST returns accurately and on time. Liaise with external auditors and support the annual audit process. Ensure timely submission of ECI, ACRA and AGM filings. Manage the closure process for overseas dormant entities when required. Maintain accurate accounting records and proper supporting documents. Review and record corporate credit card expenses. Prepare payments through internet banking, cheque and cash. Handle bank administrative matters, including forms and related correspondence. Process and coordinate trade finance documentation, including DP submissions. Maintain proper filing and document control.
