Account Executive [Full Set] Salary: $3,500 - $4,300 Working Days: Mon to Fri: 9am to 6pm Location: Tuas Cresent MRT Job Responsibilities Manage full set of accounts for all group companies. Compile financial and non-financial reports for management review. Prepare and review journal entries for Fixed Assets and General Ledger in line with SFRS. Prepare tax computations, accrual entries, and GST reports for submission. Handle annual audits and liaise with auditors, tax agents, and corporate secretaries. Record all supplier invoices and plan payments based on agreed credit terms. Maintain service agreements and ensure SOP compliance in payment processes. Perform AR checks on tax invoices and debit notes. Handle cash application issues and prepare AR aging reports and statements. Monitor overdue accounts, send reminders and letters of demand when needed. Ensure credit management policies are followed. Maintain positive client relationships in a professional and friendly manner. Process payroll and CPF contributions using cloud-based systems. Manage petty cash, staff claims, and insurance processing. Submit government claims (e.g., maternity, NS, childcare) timely and accurately. Maintain employee records and leave balances with proper documentation. Ensure timely IRAS submissions (IR8A, IR21) and tax clearances.
