5 Days Mon-Fri Salary: Up to $4000 Working Location: Bedok Job Summary The Account Solutions Specialist supports customer account growth through consultative solution selling, technical support, and customer engagement. Collaborating with internal teams, this role recommends technology solutions and ensures successful project delivery for enterprise clients. Responsibilities Develop and maintain strong relationships with assigned customer accounts to support daily account management and engagement Analyze customers' operational requirements to recommend appropriate products, services, and solution enhancements that meet business needs Identify and pursue account growth opportunities through consultative engagement and solution-based selling Prepare accurate quotations, proposals, tender submissions, and presentation materials in collaboration with internal stakeholders Coordinate with internal departments such as Engineering, IT Operations, Finance, and Project teams to develop and deliver customer solutions Manage contract renewals, account expansions, project handovers, customer acceptance, and post-implementation follow-ups to ensure satisfaction Support equipment rental processes including handling customer inquiries, preparing quotations, coordinating deployments, and managing returns Requirements: Diploma or Degree in Engineering, Telecommunications, Information Technology, Electronics, Computer Science, or a related discipline. Min 2 years of experience in Account Management, Technical Sales, Pre-Sales, Solution Sales, Sales Engineering, or customer-facing technical roles.
