Clinic Assistant (Entry Level Welcome | Training Provided)

Clinic Assistant Salary: $2000 - $2400 Working hours: 5.5 Days | Mon – Fri 8.30am to 3pm (Required to support 3 Weekdays nights 6pm to 9pm) + 1 weekend morning. 8.30am to 1pm. Working Location: Lakeside MRT Station (Jurong West) Responsibilities: To assist the Clinic Manager and ensure operational efficiency of the clinic. Perform front desks duties – registering patients, answering phone-calls, dealing with enquiries and assisting doctor's needs. Cashiering duties – payment collection, filing relevant claims, bookkeeping. Clinical duties – assisting clinical tasks like ECG, nebulizer, dressing, minor surgical procedures, triaging. Inventory – Maintain adequate supplies and functionality of consumables, medications, stationery, medical equipment. Stock taking and organization of stock. Maintenance of clinic's cleanliness and appearance.
