Beauty Branch Manager Salary: Basic $2500 - $3500 + $200 Attendance Allowance + $1000 performance bonus + Overriding Working Days: 6 Days (Every Sunday and PH off) Working Hour: Weekdays - 11am to 8pm; Weekend - 11am to 6pm Working Location: Orchard Responsibilities: Branch Management: Oversee all day-to-day operations of the branch. Lead, train, and motivate a team of beauty therapists, consultants, and other staffs. Ensure excellent customer service and resolve any client complaints or issues. Monitor and manage inventory levels, ordering supplies as needed. Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and profitability. Maintain the branch’s appearance and ensure all equipment is in good working order. Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback to staffs. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations. Manage the branch budget and financial performance. Beauty: Greet and assist customers in selecting and delivery effective treatments suited to their needs. Maintain an in-depth knowledge of the latest beauty products and trends. Meet or exceed sales targets and contribute to the overall store performance. Build and maintain strong customer relationships to encourage repeat business. Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly and effectively. Requirements: Proven experience as a Branch Manager or in a similar managerial role in the beauty industry. Strong knowledge of beauty products and treatments. Proficiency in using management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
