Shipping Executive [Admin / Up To $3.4K] {Hkhdv}

Admin Executive (Import & Export Operations) Working Hours: Monday–Friday, 8:00am–5:00pm; Saturday, 8:00am–3:00pm (inclusive of 1-hour lunch break) Salary: SGD $2,600–$3,400 per month Location: Jurong Port West Region Job Responsibilities Process import and export declarations and related shipping documentation Prepare and process purchase orders for imports and general operations Prepare supplier payment documentation and maintain GIRO expense records Match invoices against purchase orders and supporting documents Monitor stock records and assist with inventory-related documentation Liaise with suppliers and customs agents regarding shipment and documentation matters Assist with stock repackaging and periodic stocktaking activities Maintain accounts payable and GIRO payment schedules Monitor renewal dates for licences, cargo insurance and cold-storage insurance Maintain audit files and supporting documentation Prepare customer invoices on an ad-hoc basis when required Job Requirements Relevant experience in administration, purchasing, import/export documentation or a related field Experience with purchase orders, invoices and payment documentation Basic bookkeeping knowledge Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Microsoft Excel Interested applicants can also send your resume to WA:+65 88141540 (Dominic) and allow our Consultant to match you with our Clients.
