Senior Mechanical Engineer Office: Near Jalan Besar / Lavender MRT Project Site: TUAS areas (Transport provided for designation MRT station to site office) Salary: $4500 to $6000 Working days: Mon to Fri 8/8.30am to 5/5.30pm, Sat may need works depends on site (if works 8 hours can claim allowances) Requirements Diploma or Degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent. At least 5 years’ experience in ACMV works with strong site management experience. Experience in infrastructure, industrial, or large-scale construction projects preferred. Strong knowledge of ACMV systems, including ducting, chilled water, ventilation, and BMS systems. Experience in project planning, material procurement, and subcontractor coordination. Able to interpret technical drawings, specifications, and shop drawings. Job scopes Oversee and manage ACMV installation works, including ducting, piping, and equipment. Prepare and manage material requisitions according to project requirements. Coordinate with suppliers and subcontractors to ensure timely material delivery. Supervise site works and ensure compliance with approved drawings and method statements. Coordinate with main contractors, consultants, and other trades on site activities. Monitor project progress, manpower, and site productivity. Interpret and review shop drawings, material submissions, and technical documents. Resolve site issues and ensure compliance with quality and safety requirements. Assist in testing and commissioning of ACMV systems. Prepare progress reports and project documentation.
