Loan Business Relationship Manager Industry: Financial Services / SME Financing / Business Lending Location: Chinatown, Singapore Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9 am – 6 pm Salary: SGD 4,000 – SGD 5,000 + Commission + Performance Bonus Job Summary We are seeking a Loan Business Relationship Manager to support client acquisition and portfolio growth within the SME financing sector, with a focus on unsecured working capital loans for businesses in Singapore. The role involves managing the full financing process, including business development, preliminary credit assessment, loan structuring, deal execution, and post-disbursement account management. Key Responsibilities Build and maintain strong client relationships by providing suitable financing solutions for both personal and corporate loan requirements. Identify and develop new business opportunities to expand the client portfolio and support revenue growth. Review and assess loan applications, including basic credit evaluation and risk considerations, in accordance with company guidelines and regulatory requirements. Coordinate with internal credit and underwriting teams to facilitate accurate and timely loan processing and approvals. Maintain a strong understanding of the company’s financing products and services to provide relevant recommendations to clients. Participate in networking activities, business events, and industry engagements to develop professional connections and business opportunities. Keep up to date with market developments, industry trends, and regulatory changes to support business and client needs effectively. Job Requirements Minimum 3–5 years of experience in SME financing, business loan sales, unsecured lending, or related financial services. Experience in originating and managing unsecured business loan transactions in the Singapore market. Knowledge of SME financial analysis, including interpretation of financial statements and cash flow assessment. Familiarity with basic credit assessment principles and financing processes. Experience in managing business development and client relationships within SME financing. Existing network of SME clients, brokers, or referral partners will be an advantage.
