Kitchen Assistant / Helper [Japanese Cuisine Restaurant / Central / Full Time]

Salary: Basic $2000 - $2,200 + Incentives + Allowances + Overtime (Gross up to $3,200 or above) Working Days: 5 - 6 Days per Week (including OT) Working Location: Raffles Place / Telok Ayer Job Responsibilities Assist senior chefs in washing, cutting and preparing ingredients for food preparation. Support the preparation and assembly of Japanese and Japanese fusion cuisine. Monitor incoming orders from the self-order system and ensure dishes are prepared and assembled accurately. Assist in expediting completed orders to the self-service collection counters. Maintain high standards of food safety, hygiene and cleanliness within the kitchen. Work closely with the kitchen team to ensure smooth daily operations in a fast-paced environment. Perform other duties assigned by the Head Chef or Supervisor. Job Requirements With relevant F&B Experience Relevant experience in Japanese Cuisine is a plus Willing to work shifts, weekends and public holidays.
