BIM Modeller Salary: $2500 - $3500 Working Day: Mon - Fri Working Hour: 44 hours Location: Islandwide Responsibilities: Create, develop, and model detailed building elements. Develop and update BIM models using software such as Autodesk Revit, Navisworks, or equivalent. Ensure BIM models comply with project specifications, standards, and coordination requirements. Prepare documentation for authority submissions and construction purposes. Create accurate BIM models of building exteriors and interiors with relevant pre-construction information such as material specifications, quantity estimates, time schedules, and cost estimates. Develop and maintain BIM libraries/families based on project and industry standards. Provide technical support to project teams in resolving modeling and coordination issues. Requirements: Diploma or Degree in Structural, Architectural, Engineering, Construction, MEP, or related fields. Minimum 1 year of experience in building construction and project execution.
