Assistant Project Manager (Electrical) Office: (Jalan Besar / Lavender MRT) Project Site: ICA (Lavander MRT) $5500 to $6800 Working days: Mon to Fri 8/8.30am to 5/5.30pm, Sat may need works depends on site (if works 8 hours can claim allowances) Requirements Diploma or Degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent. At least 6 years relevant experience in sub con M&E industry. Job scopes 1) Assist in project planning, costing, budgeting, scheduling, logistics, quality control, and project coordination. 2) Oversee M&E construction activities and recommend improvements where necessary. 3) Manage contractors and ensure works comply with drawings, specifications, safety requirements, quality standards, and project schedules. 4) Implement company construction policies and procedures. 5) Monitor project progress and ensure timely completion with efficient use of resources. 6) Lead and supervise a team of engineers and site staff. 7) Liaise with internal departments, authorities, consultants, clients, and suppliers to ensure smooth project execution. Prepare project progress reports, attend site meetings, and update management regularly. 9) Ensure compliance with relevant regulations, quality standards, and ISO requirements. 10) Plan and allocate manpower effectively to maximize productivity.
