Liaise with customers via e-mail & telephone for all documentation and administration matters as well as resolving any issues raised. Monitor and ensure shipments being cleared and delivered as prescribed. Ensure Key Performance Indexes are met for all incoming and outgoing activities. Process billing invoices to customer promptly. Extract and tabulate data for report analysis using Microsoft Office Suite. Take charge of safety in the Section and disseminate safety information to the team. Conduct regular stock audits and cycle counts. Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency. Develop and enforce standard operating procedures (SOPs). Implement corrective actions to address performance issues. Implement quality assurance processes to ensure goods meet required standards.
