Monitor project progress against established timelines, budgets, and performance targets. Develop and maintain construction programmes, resource plans, and work schedules. Coordinate effectively with clients, consultants, contractors, subcontractors, and authorities. Review design drawings, specifications, and technical submissions for compliance and constructability. Work closely with design consultants to resolve design issues and optimize buildability. Coordinate and support project teams, including site engineers and coordinators.
