Account Executive [With Accounting Experience/ West / $3800 - $4500]

Monday to Friday: 8:30am to 5:30pm Full Time - perm Job Responsibilities: Review AR, AP, and banking transactions, including GST and tax compliance, to ensure accuracy and compliance with accounting policies Monitor payment and collection cycles to ensure timely and effective processing Identify errors, irregularities, and control gaps, and recommend corrective actions Ensure proper approval workflows, frameworks, and documentation are in place Liaise with sales teams and clients to resolve invoicing and credit collection issues promptly Liaise with procurement teams and suppliers to resolve invoicing and payment issues promptly Plan and manage AR and AP cash flow cycles to support business operations Plan and manage banking facilities and banker’s guarantees Prepare and review AR and AP aging reports and key performance metrics Support banking activities, invoice financing, letters of credit, cash flow forecasting, and working capital management Maintain and improve internal controls over AR and AP processes Ensure compliance with accounting standards, company policies, and audit requirements Drive continuous improvement initiatives for AR and AP processes Work closely with procurement, sales, and operations teams to resolve issues Support system enhancements and automation initiatives Review AR and AP balances during month-end and year-end closing Prepare AR and AP related journal entries during month-end and year-end closing Prepare and review account reconciliations Provide AR and AP aging reports to management Coordinate with external auditors on AR and AP matters Job Requirements: With min 3 years of experience in AR/AP oversight, analysis, or accounting review roles Experience with E RP systems and advanced Excel skills Experience in audit support Experience in GST and WHT compliance Familiarity with trust receipts, invoice financing processes, and LC negotiation Ho Ming Jie (Edmund) Reg No: R1987094 The Supreme HR Advisory Pte Ltd EA No: 14C7279
