Liaise closely with client representatives on all service/maintenance related issues. Mentor a team of service team members. Assisting the supervisor in employing teams on service deliveries and distribute responsibilities. Manage day-to-day client interactions and expectations for optimal results. Provide support to supervisor in ensuring the timely delivery and completion of troubleshoot and service/maintenance of security systems at clients’ premises. Familiarise yourself and deliver customer satisfaction base on each client's business, organization and objectives. Ensure that works carried out are in compliance with the Workplace Safety and Health Act. Perform any other technical tasks as and when required.
