Operation Executive (Logistic Support) Salary: $3200 - $3800 Working Days: Monday - Friday Working Hours: 8:30am – 5.30pm Location: Penjuru Lane Responsibilities: Adhere to and promote workplace safety, following OSH guidelines and safe work methods. Report and assist in incident investigations when required. Monitor vessel movements via Portnet & JP online system and coordinate with shipping agents. Liaise with customers and plant operators on order status and loading schedules. Plan, assign, and monitor driver deployments to meet delivery KPIs. Track driver progress using GPS tracking systems and ensure adherence to routes. Manage a fleet of Prime Movers and drivers, ensuring compliance with customer requirements. Prepare and verify shipping documents via Portnet & Jurong Port online systems . Process delivery receipts/proof of delivery (POD) within required lead times. Address customer inquiries and feedback promptly. Verify and reconcile driver trip records post-job completion. Handle urgent delivery requests and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines. Provide 24/7 on-call support (rotational basis) for operational emergencies.
