The successful candidate will play a key role in expanding our product portfolio, establishing strategic partnerships, and supporting the company's regional growth strategy. Responsibilities: Product Search & Vendor Management Lead regional product sourcing initiatives, particularly in China and other key markets, to identify manufacturers that meet product specifications and market requirements. Evaluate and onboard new suppliers and manufacturing partners. Lead vendor qualification, quality assurance (QA), and quality control (QC) processes. Conduct commercial negotiations and manage relationships with new and existing suppliers. Ensure products meet cost, quality, regulatory, and delivery requirements Product & Portfolio Development Identify, evaluate, and develop new international markets and strategic partnerships. Source and vet suitable distributors and partners for the company's medical consumables and healthcare products. Establish and manage key account relationships with distributors, manufacturers, and strategic partners. Drive new business opportunities and support the expansion of the company's regional footprint Stakeholder Management Develop and maintain strong working relationships with local and regional teams, suppliers, distributors, and external partners. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Sales, Marketing, Regulatory, Supply Chain, and Product Development to support business objectives.
