Senior Accounts Executive Location: Defu Lane Working Days: Monday - Friday Working hours : 8:30am -5:30pm Salary : Up to $3800 Responsibilities Responsible for maintaining full set of accounts (AR, AP and GL) and audit schedules Quarterly GST preparation Housekeeping and filing of finance documents Perform month-end closing for financial reporting within timeline Perform reconciliation between reports In charge of stock take and resolve any inventory discrepancies Any other ad-hoc responsibilities assigned by the management, if any Requirements Candidate must possess at least Diploma in Finance/Accountancy or equivalent with at least 6 Year(s) of experience in keeping full set of accounts Proficient in Microsoft Office applications Interested applicants can also send your resume to WA:+65 88141540 (Dominic) and allow our Consultant to match you with our Clients.
