6723 - Treasury Executive | Metals Trading Industry | Cash Management & Bank Reconciliation | $4.5K–5K | Orchard

Position: Treasury Executive Working Days: Monday to Friday Working Hours: 9:00 am to 6:00 pm Working Location: Orchard Salary: $4,500 to $5,000 per month Key Responsibilities Manage daily cash and banking transactions, including payments, receipts and fund transfers. Prepare and process payment instructions, payment vouchers and supporting financial documents. Monitor daily cash balances and ensure sufficient funds are available for operational requirements. Perform bank reconciliations and investigate discrepancies. Maintain records of cash transactions, bank accounts and supporting documents. Manage petty cash transactions and maintain the required supporting documents. Coordinate with banks on account matters, payment issues and banking transactions. Assist with cash flow monitoring and the preparation of cash flow reports. Verify that payments and financial transactions are properly authorised and processed according to company policies. Maintain proper filing and documentation of financial records. Coordinate with the Finance team and other departments on payment and cash management matters. Assist with month-end closing and accounting-related activities. Perform other finance and administrative duties assigned by the reporting manager. Job Requirements Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business or a related discipline. Two to five years of relevant experience in treasury, cashiering, accounts payable, finance operations or accounting. Experience handling payments, bank transactions, cash management and bank reconciliations.
