Working Days: Mon-Friday (8:30am - 5:30pm ) Salary: SGD 3,500 – SGD 4,800 Working Location: Tuas West Road Job Responsibilities: Plan, coordinate and execute preventive maintenance, including IMTE / calibration of plant equipment. Plan and coordinate routine and ad-hoc maintenance for building and utility systems. Perform hands-on maintenance and basic electrical / instrumentation troubleshooting. Carry out basic fault diagnosis and troubleshooting on PLC-controlled systems, SCADA and HMI. Support new equipment installation, upgrades, feasibility study and planning. Liaise with and supervise contractors for maintenance and repair works. Prepare technical documents, including approval papers, work instructions, training materials and submissions to authorities. Support spare parts and inventory management, including quotation sourcing, price negotiation and ordering. Support the Technical Department in EHS activities, including risk assessment and compliance with company and regulatory requirements. Perform other maintenance and technical support duties as assigned. Job Requirements: Degree / Diploma in Electrical & Instrumentation, Mechanical, Chemical Engineering or related discipline Experience in chemical industry will be an advantage. Basic to working knowledge of PLC, SCADA and HMI systems, including basic troubleshooting and fault diagnosis. Basic understanding of electrical systems and / or instrumentation. LEW licence will be an added advantage. Knowledge of Risk Assessment and FMEA. Familiar with EHS requirements and ISO 14001 / 45001 / 9001.
