Freight Admin [5 Days / Kembangan] (Kckc)

Location: Kembangan Plaza (Opposite Kembangan MRT) Working Days: Monday – Friday Working Hours: 8:45AM – 6:00PM Salary: $2,000 – $2,500 Responsibilities: Perform data entry and update shipment information, container details, and billing records in the system. Assist in checking, preparing, and processing shipping documents such as Bills of Lading, Packing Lists, and Commercial Invoices. Coordinate with shipping lines, co-loaders, vendors, and customers on shipment status updates and booking arrangements. Follow up with suppliers, customers, and vendors to obtain required information and resolve documentation discrepancies. Assist with permit declarations and documentation submissions (training provided). Monitor vessel schedules and shipment timelines, escalating delays when necessary. Maintain accurate records and ensure all documentation is properly filed and updated. Provide general administrative and operational support to the logistics team. Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned. Requirements: 0–2 years of administrative, clerical, or coordination experience. Minimum qualification of O-Levels, ITE, or Diploma in any field.
