Sales Executive (Freight Forwarding / NVOCC) Working Hours: Mon – Friday 9am to 6pm Location: Tanjong Pagar Salary: $4000 - $5500 + Commission + AWS & Performance Bonus Job Responsibilities: Identify and develop new business opportunities in freight forwarding and logistics services Promote sea freight, import/export, customs clearance, warehousing, and transportation solutions Manage and expand existing client accounts within the freight forwarding industry Prepare quotations and negotiate rates with customers and vendors Achieve monthly and annual sales targets and revenue goals Conduct market research on customer requirements and competitor activities Coordinate with operations and customer service teams to ensure smooth shipment handling Follow up on sales leads, customer enquiries, and quotations Maintain accurate sales records and reports using CRM systems Attend client meetings, networking events, and industry activities to expand business opportunities Job Requirements: Minimum 3–5 years of sales experience in freight forwarding or logistics industry Experience in sea freight sales or freight forwarding company Strong knowledge of international shipping procedures and Incoterms Familiar with customs regulations and shipping documentation Ho Ming Jie (Edmund) Reg No: R1987094 The Supreme HR Advisory Pte Ltd EA No: 14C7279
