Our client, a well-established MNC is seeking for a Customer Service Executive ( Frontline ) - MNC/Luxury brand - Up To $ 4,900.00 + Attractive Bonuses / MNC/ Central Area, 5 days work week, Office Hour Requirements Min a Diploma or Degree in Customer Service Relation/ Hospitality / Tourism or relevant At least 3 to 5 years experience providing face to face Customer Service functions in a Automotive industry Experience in dealing with escalated cases and acting as mentor to Service Advisors Senior Service Advisors who wish to move to Corporate Executive role are welcome to apply. Willing to work in a fast pace environment Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Confident, willing to learn and perseverance.
