Executive: Producing & Programming Team (Theatre)

Job Scope You will be reporting to the Artistic Director (AD) and Managers from the Programming & Production Team. You shall work in line with the long-term vision and plans of the Board of Directors as well as the artistic leadership of The Theatre Practice. Overall To work closely with the Programming & Production and Advocacy team in planning and presenting programmes that reflect the programming philosophy and artistic direction of the company. Duties and Responsibilities To research and review content for programmes together with the Programming team. To support the Artistic Director(s) and Creatives in realising their artistic visions To identify and manage creative collaborators To work with the Partnerships team on programme proposals and grant writing when necessary. To work with all Leads in managing company resources A member of the Programming & Production team To work with all team members in managing, coordinating and execution of programmes To support the Communications & Marketing team with regards to publicity, marketing plans and communications of programmes To work closely with the Advocacy team in bringing the arts to the community and wider audience To support the Partnerships team in establishing possible sponsorship leads To support the Production team, together with Company Technical Director, and the programmes’ respective Production and/or Stage Managers To be responsible for any administrative work required in your role in the Programming & Production team.
