What you'll be doing Greeting and welcoming patients with a friendly and professional demeanour Managing the front desk, including scheduling appointments, handling inquiries and processing payments Providing a range of dental assistant duties such as sterilising instruments, preparing treatment rooms and assisting dentists during procedures Performing basic wellness treatments such as to enhance the patient experience Contributing to a calm, hygienic and organised work environment Upholding the highest standards of patient care and confidentiality What we're looking for Previous experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a dental or healthcare setting Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to put patients at ease Excellent organisational and multitasking abilities, with close attention to detail Proficiency in basic dental assistant and wellness therapist duties A warm, empathetic and professional approach to patient care A genuine interest in the dental and healthcare industry What we offer At The Toothbar Dental Pte Ltd, we are committed to providing a positive and supportive work environment for our employees.
