M&E Engineer/ Lead (Projects)

Key Responsibilities Lead coordination of M&E design with architectural, structural, and civil teams Oversee HVAC, fire protection, lighting, power, and ELV systems design and implementation Drive Value Engineering to optimise cost, performance, and sustainability Ensure compliance with Singapore codes and Green Mark under the Building and Construction Authority Manage site execution, quality control, safety, and project timelines Oversee testing, commissioning, and handover Handle project costing, tender processes, Variation Orders, and claims Provide technical leadership to project teams and liaise with clients and contractors Requirements Diploma/Degree in Electrical Engineering or related field Proven experience leading M&E works in interior fit-out projects Strong knowledge of tendering, costing, and project delivery Familiar with Green Mark requirements Independent, proactive, and strong stakeholder communicator CHANG Sze Yong (Eugene) EA License No. 25C2923 EA Registration No. R1105304
