Job Summary Join The Watch Project as a full-time Retail Assistant to manage luxury watch inventory, support sales and accounts teams, and prepare watches for display and sale in a fast-paced retail environment. Responsibilities Manage stock-in and stock-out processes for luxury watches to ensure accurate inventory levels Label, organise, and maintain watch inventory to support efficient retrieval and display Prepare watches for display and sale by inspecting, cleaning, and arranging them attractively Support sales and accounts teams by preparing and managing documentation and assisting with operational tasks Maintain a clean and organised work environment to uphold brand standards and customer experience Preferred competencies and qualifications Experience in watch retail, jewellery, or luxury goods sales to understand product value and customer expectations Knowledge of major watch brands such as Rolex, Patek Philippe, and Audemars Piguet to assist customers effectively Strong attention to detail to ensure accuracy in inventory management and product presentation Organised and proactive approach to work comfortably in a fast-paced retail setting Trustworthy character to handle high-value luxury items responsibly Other Information Salary: Up to SGD 4,000/month, commensurate with experience Location: Far East Plaza, #02-32, Orchard Road, Singapore
