Job Summary Join THE WRITER'S PLACE as a Customer Service Assistant (Part-time) to assist with administrative and operational tasks in a dynamic tuition centre environment. 📝 The job scope includes: Answering WhatsApp enquiries regarding make-up classes Attending to walk-in customers General administrative tasks 🕒 Working hours: Minimum 2 days Tues-Fri: 11am-730pm Saturday: 830am-530pm ✔ Required competencies and certifications Ability to work during tuition centre operation hours Proficiency in English and Mandarin for customer communication Preferred competencies and qualifications Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities Self-driven with initiative Other Information Work days/Location: Centre closed on Mondays, Sundays, and Public Holidays Locations: Woodlands Galaxy Community Club (5 min walk from Admiralty MRT) and Junction 10 mall (Bukit Panjang MRT) Join us if you can be a driver of success!
