Job Summary Join THE WRITER'S PLACE as a Customer Service (Part-time) to assist with administrative and operational tasks in a dynamic tuition centre environment. Responsibilities Support daily administrative and operational tasks to maintain smooth centre functioning Communicate effectively in English and Mandarin to liaise with diverse customers Manage multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining attention to detail and solving problems as they arise Duration: 3 months (3 weekday + 1 Saturday) Tues-Fri: 10am-730pm Saturday: 830am-530pm Required competencies and certifications Ability to work during tuition centre operation hours, including weekday evenings and Saturdays Proficiency in English and Mandarin for customer communication Preferred competencies and qualifications Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities Self-driven with initiative Other Information Work days/Location: Centre closed on Mondays, Sundays, and Public Holidays Locations: Woodlands Galaxy Community Club (5 min walk from Admiralty MRT) and Junction 10 mall (Bukit Panjang MRT) Join us if you can be a driver of success!
