Job Summary You will lead daily café operations, ensuring the wellbeing of cats and delivering excellent customer service. Manage your team to maintain a welcoming environment for both cats and customers. Responsibilities Lead daily café operations to ensure smooth functioning and customer satisfaction Coach and train team members to uphold service and cat care standards Manage café inventory to maintain adequate supplies and reduce waste Brief customers on café rules to ensure a safe and enjoyable experience Prepare and serve food and drinks to customers following hygiene standards Engage customers by explaining cat behaviors and proper handling techniques Groom cats regularly and monitor their health to maintain wellbeing Clean cats’ living areas, including condos, beds, and litter pans, to ensure hygiene Maintain cleanliness and presentation of cat condos and refresh litter pans daily Prepare daily meals and water bowls for cats according to dietary needs Perform dishwashing and laundry duties to support café operations Execute any additional duties assigned to support café functions Required competencies and certifications None specified.
