Job Summary Drive sales growth by sourcing and developing new leads, promoting hire purchase and loan products, and building strong client and dealer relationships in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities Drive sales of hire purchase and loan products (HP & block discounting) to meet targets Source, develop, and follow up on new sales leads to expand customer base Promote financing solutions effectively to customers and dealers to support sales objectives Build and maintain strong, lasting relationships with clients and dealers to enhance customer loyalty Manage work efficiently in a fast-paced environment with tight timelines to ensure timely delivery of sales goals Communicate clearly and collaborate effectively with internal teams and external stakeholders to facilitate sales processes Required competencies and certifications Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in hire purchase loans or the automobile industry Preferred competencies and qualifications Diploma in any field Good communication and interpersonal skills Other Information Location: Ubi Working Days: Mon–Fri, 8:30am – 6:15pm Salary: Basic $3,200 + Commissions
