We are looking for a p assionate, energetic, and organized individual to join our growing team at Chess at Three Singapore. This role is perfect for someone who loves working with families and children, thrives in a dynamic environment, and takes pride in creating seamless experiences for customers and tutors alike. Key Responsibilities Facilities Management Coordinate maintenance, repairs, and servicing for all centres. Liaise with vendors and contractors to address issues such as water leakage, air-conditioning servicing, electrical works, furniture repairs, and general upkeep. Ensure all centres operate safely, are well-maintained, and meet internal standards at all times. Centre Operations and Logistics Oversee the daily operations of the centres, ensuring a welcoming, organized, and tidy environment. Manage and procure inventory, supplies, and logistics to keep all centres running smoothly. Plan and coordinate logistical needs for classes, workshops, and special events, including setup, teardown, and materials preparation. Holiday Camp Logistics & Operations Lead logistics and operations for holiday camps, including venue setup, equipment, and materials. Train and brief camp runners to ensure consistent standards and smooth camp delivery. Support adjustments and on-the-ground troubleshooting, working closely with the Operations Manager and/or Sales team.
